Shipments

Introduction

The Shipments table located under the Shipments menu section displays all shipments including those charged and not charged.  The table displays data reported by the WMS utilized by your 3PL.  


Shipment Table

The Shipment table can be filtered, sorted, and searched on.  You can also customize the columns displayed by selecting the customizer button at the top right of the table.  


The table can also be exported to a CSV.  The export will respect the date filters applied.  Please note, the 'Date' field is the creation date reported from the WMS.  Shipped Date is the date the shipment was shipped out of the warehouse.  

Shipment Details

To learn more about a particular shipment, select the ID, otherwise known as the Shipment ID.  The details will also display any adjustments, refunds, or disputes on the particular shipment.  The data presented is reported by the WMS and adjustments are reported by the carrier invoice.
